In the heart of the island is the most natural of all crater lakes, the Lagoa do Fogo (lake of fire).

Located in a nature reserve, you will find wonderful tranquility and fantastic views in all directions.

We also visit the Caldeira Velha, there is a small waterfall (about 23 °) and a basin (39 ° degrees).

If the view of the lake is bad, it is possible to take a bath there.
